Kluge assists Avinor
Kluge has recently assisted Avinor AS with the documentation of a term loan facility agreement with Nordic Investment Bank limited to NOK 1,500,000,000 for part financing of Terminal 2 at Oslo Airport Gardermoen.

Kluge-lawyers publish book on the Norwegian Marketing and Unfair Competition Act 2009
Tore Lunde, Ingvild Mestad and Terje Lundby Michaelsen of the ICT and IP-department at the law firm of Kluge in Norway published in June 2010 a comprehensive commentary (in Norwegian) on the new Norwegian Marketing and Unfair Competition Act.
Kluge has won two call-offs from DIFI
In February 2009, Kluge was awarded a framework agreement as one of three suppliers of legal services to the Agency for Public Management and eGovernment (DIFI). Kluge has won two of the calls for services under the agreement. Kluge’s head of IT law, partner Torstein Arendt, has assisted DIFI with a revision of the governmental standard agreements (SSA) for IT procurement and consultancy services. The revised standards have been well received in the Norwegian IT media and among the user group. The general opinion is that they will be used frequently and set the standard for IT agreements in future IT projects.
IT and Intellectual Property
Kluge has confirmed its standing as one of the leading firms in Norway in the fields of IT and intellectual property, and was recently awarded two substantial retainer contracts in this area.
