Chinedu is dual qualified to practice as a solicitor in England and Wales (2008) and Nigeria (1999), and has over 12 years’ experience. Chinedu has extensive experience in housing law and his areas of expertise include possession and allocation matters, succession, incidents of disrepair, homelessness matters, service charge disputes and anti-social behaviour issues. He also has considerable experience in Civil Litigation, dealing with matters that include; housing litigation; property disputes - including Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (TOLATA) - and commercial and contractual disputes.
