Position

Håkon Bleken is a partner in the business area Industry, media and technology, and is a member of the practice groups for Corporate Law, Litigation, IPR and Energy. Bleken has comprehensive experience from a broad spectre of areas, specializing in corporate law and commercial litigation. He has a background from a number of business sectors, in particular automotive industry and pharmaceuticals. Recently he has primarily worked with: • Sale and purchase of businesses • Restructuring • Major litigations related to corporate law, contract law, torts and liability and patent law • Energy law, in particular concession law Bleken is lecturing in corporate law as well as contract law and energy law.
