Co-operation between WKB law firm and the quarterly “Gazeta Dewelopera”
“Gazeta Dewelopera” is a new newspaper for residential estate industry introduced to the market by the publishing house Przewodnik Budowlany. The quarterly will present the newest residential investments across Poland, reports and analyses of market situation and legal regulations of the residential estate market.
WKB Wierciński, Kwieciński, Baehr law firm will be responsible for analyses of legal regulations.
The first issue of “Gazeta Dewelopera” will be published on the day of the conference “Profession Developer 2012. Real Estate Conference”, i.e. on 28 November 2012. We recommend articles written by our lawyers, including i.a. “Prohibition of agreements limiting competition in combining developer investments” (c-authored by Magdalena Zienkiewicz and Aleksander Stawicki).

Przewodnik Budowlany is a professional periodical specialising in energy-efficient and passive housing as well as principles of sustainable development. In order to gather experience about energy-efficient housing, the publishing house has erected three experimental houses using parameters for passive home construction.
