Partner. Dimitar Ivanov is an experienced litigator. His practice is focused on construction disputes and corporate litigation, as well as energy, tax, bankruptcy and unfair competition law. His solid litigation experience extends to representation before Bulgarian courts, National authorities and both, domestic and international arbitration institutions. He was successful in high-stake international arbitrations, including a case involving a Greek construction company and the Bulgarian Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure as well as in an ICC arbitration related to the privatization of the Bulgarian telecom operator. Dimitar Ivanov is advising a leading international Law firm in a €1bn ICC lawsuit against a Russian corporation for the construction of nuclear power facilities.
