Antonio Pedersoli assists important Italian and international industrial groups and financial institutions on corporate and commercial law and regulations. His activity includes advice on corporate matters, corporate governance issues, as well as assistance in extraordinary corporate transactions, such as complex mergers and acquisitions, private equity and financial services, incorporation of industrial and commercial joint ventures and commercial contracts, cross-border transactions. Since 2011 he started the firm’s China practice and established preferred relationships with top Chinese financial players and important state owned enterprises.

The firm has also been growing its China practice; Antonio Pedersoli advised Chinese company Hefei SARI V-Capital Management on the acquisition, from Fondazione Regionale per la Ricerca Biomedica, of a majoritystake in NMS Group, which is active in preclinical and clinical research and the production of oncology-related drugs.
