Konstantina has a solid record of acting as an energy law expert on corporate matters, M&As, regulatory issues and project financing and she has supported on an on-going basis several key undertakings in the Greek electricity and gas markets on competition and sector-specific regulatory requirements, commercial transactions and multi-million disputes. She has also acted for the Greek State in transposing the 3rd Energy Package into Greek law and for the Greek Power TSO as an advisor for its initial ownership unbundling process.

She also has a strong background in the field of EU law on capital markets and financial services’ regulation with primary focus on the insurance industry. She has opined on various compliance matters and has advised on launching new insurance products, on portfolio transfers, winding-up proceedings and cross-border litigations. Her analysis of the loss adjusting profession has been republished by the European Federation of Loss Adjusting Experts (FUEDI).

Konstantina is a highly accomplished litigator, practicing before courts, administrative bodies and NRAs and has successfully represented the Greek Power TSO in one of the largest white-collar criminal cases. She is currently heavily involved in commercial litigations and arbitrations arising from market abuse in the Greek natural gas and electricity sector.


In the Chambers Europe 2014 Guide Ms. Soultati was ranked as an up-and-coming expert under the Guide’s Energy practice for Greece, as market commentators considered her "very ambitious, hard-working and efficient”. She is also “highly recommended” for the energy practice and noted as the primary partner of the firm’s insurance practice in Legal 500 2014 as well as one of the key figures within the finance and corporate teams, in IFLR 1000 2014.

 She is a highly regarded energy expert that “wins praise from clients for her commercial awareness, creativity and pragmatic outlook” (Chambers Europe 2013), an “experienced litigator”, “a busy adviser on insurance regulatory and transactional matters”, and “highly experienced” in projects and privatization in Legal 500 2013.
