Fox Williams LLP advises on a broad range of corporate crime issues including fraud, bribery, market manipulation and sanctions compliance. It recently acted for a large logistics company in relation to a City of London Police investigation into alleged fraudulent sales practices, after liaising and cooperating with the investigators, the investigation was terminated. Other clients include brokerage firms, foreign banks, multinational media companies and a public relations company. James Carlton heads the team and is ‘vastly experienced in this area and is particularly excellent in corporate investigations’. Sona Ganatra was promoted to partner.
