Areas of practice
Litigation: representing the interests of Russian and foreign companies in courts of all levels, including Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, High Arbitrazh Court and Supreme Court. The firm has a reputation as one of Russia’s premier litigation and dispute resolution practices.
International commercial arbitration: recognition and enforcement of foreign rulings and arbitration awards in Russia. The firm has the strongest position in domestic litigation — representing clients in courts in almost all Russian regions and in the CIS, as well as representing clients in all the major centres of international arbitration and litigation.
