Position
Toby has over 15 years’ specialist experience in banking, commercial litigation and insolvency. His recent cases have involved obtaining a general civil restraint order, enforcing judgments of over £3m on a buy-to-let portfolio claim, professional negligence claims against both surveyors in respect of negligent valuations and mundic block issues and solicitors, including arguments over collective investment schemes and aggregation of international enforcement of judgments. He has also been involved with LPA receivers and insurance where multiple claims exist. Toby is an accredited mediator and member of the PNLA, Property Litigators’ Association and Insolvency Lawyers’ Association.
