Position
Chris leads the corporate and digital media team, and joined the firm after spending over ten years in the City. He has broad experience of acting for media companies on a wide range of matters, including M&A, Stock Exchange flotations and equity fundraisings, private equity, joint ventures, company restructuring and general corporate and company law matters. His clients range from entrepreneurs and digital media start-ups to listed international companies. He frequently works for or alongside corporate finance advisers and accountants.

Trained at Druces & Attlee; qualified 2001. Tite & Lewis 2001-04; Osborne Clarke 2004-08; partner Foot Anstey 2008 to date.
