Position
Robin has 20 years’ experience as a specialist in banking litigation, acting for major banks on a national basis (both as claimant and defendant), particularly in issues of high-value and commercial sensitivity. Recent cases have included advising on contractual disputes, fraud, including multiple forgeries, breach of mandate claims, recoveries and enforcement, professional negligence claims, defamation by the dishonour of payments, and disputes relating to bank charges and interest.
