Position
Patrick advises on all aspects of employment law for a wide range of clients, including business owners in the private sector, HR professionals and in-house lawyers in larger quoted companies, and local authority clients. He is an experienced advocate in the employment tribunal. He has particular expertise in cases of unfair dismissal and discrimination. Clients he is working with include the Eden Project, Odeon Cinemas and the Royal Shakespeare Company. He provides practical, hands-on employment advice to his clients on everyday employment issues, as well as guiding them through the employment tribunal where necessary.
