Position
Nigel deals with a wide range of regulatory and contentious matters with a particular emphasis on agricultural advice to farming communities on behalf of the NFU. Nigel has particular emphasis in health and safety and environmental cases; licensing reviews and all procedures under the Licensing Act 2003; all types of contentious criminal advocacy, including courts martial, trading standard and investigations in relation to companies and company directors; specific expertise in proceeds of crime and money laundering investigations. Nigel is a Higher Courts (Criminal Proceedings) Advocate, able to appear at any level in our Criminal Courts System. He is also a Court and Police Station Duty Solicitor for Plymouth.
