Position
David has significant experience in all forms of dispute resolution and commercial litigation. He has wide court experience and has been involved in many leading litigation cases, as well as conducting numerous trials and mediations. David is chairman of the contentious disputes committee of the Devon and Somerset Law Society. He is a regular speaker on the topic of dispute resolution issues concerning commercial organisations and is a contributing editor of ‘Corporate Briefing’.
