Duncan is head of corporate/commercial group, advising businesses and investors on all corporate and commercial matters, with particular experience in relation to investments in and exits from companies in various stages of their growth cycle. Duncan also acts on MBOs and MBIs and acquisitions and disposals of businesses and companies. Acts for range of companies including both family and owner-managed businesses and FTSE 250 corporates.
