Position
Richard advises on all aspects of freehold and landlord and tenant disputes, including commercial, agricultural and residential. In the field of freehold disputes his work includes contractual disputes, restrictive covenants, easements/wayleaves, overage and clawback agreements, land registration issues and adverse possession. His expertise in commercial landlord and tenant disputes includes rent review arbitrations, lease terminations and renewals, tenant insolvency and dilapidations. He is also experienced in all aspects of contentious residential and agricultural landlord and tenant work.
