Commercial litigation and debt recovery.
Position
Angus’ work covers all types of contractual litigation, including professional negligence claims, probate litigation and Inheritance Act claims. He has experience across the board in relation to commercial and probate litigation, and is well used to handling emergency procedures including freezing orders. Angus has acted for participants in mediations on more than 70 occasions over the years. He has been Foot Anstey’s lead partner on the Solicitors Regulation Authority’s panel for the Intervention and Disciplinary Unit since 2003, during which time he has handled several challenging interventions. Angus is also an accredited mediator.
