Position
Comron is one of only a handful of specialist pension lawyers west of Bristol. He advises trustees, employers and individuals on all aspects of pensions law, with a particular focus on final salary pension schemes and advising on the effect of pension arrangements on corporate transactions. His clients range from well-known national businesses and charities to pension scheme trustees, family businesses and individuals. He has recently advised on the closure of several schemes, changes to benefit structures and pension scheme mergers. He is currently working with employers to help them understand how the new ‘National Employment Savings Trust’ regime (to be introduced from 2012 onwards) will affect their business and payroll.
