Position

Partner Andreas Eriksson has extensive experience of both litigation and international and domestic arbitration. Andreas has litigated matters on all levels of the Swedish court system and handled arbitrations under various arbitration rules, including those of the SCC, the ICC and UNCITRAL. The matters have concerned, inter alia, IT supply agreements, outsourcing, share purchase agreements, financing agreements, supply and distributorship agreements, insurance agreements, professional liability and director and management liability. Andreas also regularly serves as arbitrator.
