Position

Pontus Bergsten is a part­ner in Hamilton’s Corporate | M&A prac­tice. He is spe­cialised in M&A trans­ac­tions, pri­vate eq­ui­ty and com­mer­cial agree­ments. He has ex­ten­sive ex­pe­ri­ence in manag­ing large, cross-bor­der trans­ac­tions and has par­tic­u­lar ex­pe­ri­ence with­in me­dia, IT, retail and con­struc­tion. He rep­re­sents clients who are pri­mar­i­ly based in Sweden, else­where in Scandinavia, in Eastern Europe and in Russia. Pontus al­so con­tin­u­ous­ly ad­vis­es do­mes­tic and in­ter­na­tion­al com­pa­nies on trans­ac­tions and col­lab­o­ra­tions with­in rolling stock.
