Johannes Ericson is a part­ner in Hamilton’s Dispute Resolution prac­tice. He is spe­cialised in domes­tic and in­ter­na­tion­al ar­bi­tra­tion as well as com­mer­cial lit­i­ga­tion.
Johannes has ex­ten­sive ex­pe­ri­ence in dis­pute res­o­lu­tion and rep­re­sents Swedish and internation­al com­pa­nies in their most chal­leng­ing dis­putes re­lat­ing to, among oth­er things, supply agree­ments, share and as­set pur­chas­es, pro­fes­sion­al li­a­bil­i­ty and prod­uct li­a­bil­i­ty. He ad­vis­es clients in a wide range of in­dus­tries, such as au­dit, se­cu­ri­ties and fi­nance, in­sur­ance and construc­tion.
