Steven Mash is a partner in the dispute resolution department at Fladgate.

He is a general commercial litigator with a particular focus on banking and finance matters and shareholder disputes. He has been regularly listed as a civil fraud specialist.

Steven’s practice has traditionally been claimant focused, bringing claims against large institutions, although he is equally adept at defending clients against actions brought against them.

By way of example, Steven acted in the RBS Rights Issue Litigation, representing some 33,000 individual and institutional claimants against The Royal Bank of Scotland plc in proceedings pursuant to section 90 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 in relation to the 2008 Rights Issue.
