Position
Head of private and business immigration, advising individuals and businesses, including financial institutions, law firms, local authorities and corporate clients on all aspects of immigration law. Particular specialism in applications under the points-based system, including sponsor licensing. Robert is an advocate who conducts appeals before the Immigration and Asylum Chamber and was among the first practitioners to successfully challenge refusals under the points-based system. Robert provides advice to those seeking leave to remain in the UK and entry clearance to the UK, including complex applications concerning adoption and surrogacy, besides settlement applications as a spouse, civil or unmarried partner. He also provides training to other practitioners through ILPA, BPP and HJT Training.
