Annica Börjesson has an extensive experience of commercial dispute resolution, domestic as well as international. At The Swedish Club, Annica handled liability and defence claims as well as average cases under shipowners’ insurances. Annica assists MAQS’ clients primarily with dispute resolution, but also with general transport and insurance related questions and agreements. In addition, Annica is engaged as arbitrator and mediator.
