Following Titmuss, Sainer & Webb’s merger to become Dechert LLP in 2000, Duncan remained as a partner at the firm until moving to Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP in 2008.Publications include: co-author of ‘Enforcement of a Judgment’ (1997 Sweet & Maxwell); Co-author ‘Law & Regulation of Investment Management’ (2004 Thomson).
