Partner in the finance group, specialising in all types of debt finance, (with particular emphasis on property finance), structured finance, reps, stocklending and derivatives, including combination of bespoke derivatives within lending and structured finance transaction. She advises a range of banks and other financial institutions as well as borrowers and end users of financial products. Her bank clients include Citibank, Jefferies, Bank of Ireland, Abbey, United Mizrahi Tefahot Bank and FIBI Bank.
