Position
Partner specialising in fraud and international asset tracing. Ranked as a leading individual in civil fraud by legal directories. Particular expertise in asset tracing and in obtaining emergency search and seizure orders and freezing orders, in cases which frequently are high-value and multi-jurisdictional. He also advises in relation to internal and regulatory investigations, financial crime, bribery and corruption, money laundering issues. Has been instructed in many high-profile, complex and reported cases, including British & Commonwealth v Atlantic Computers and in Rowland v Fayed. Tony also has extensive experience of mediation, having acted in one of the largest mediated settlements ever achieved. He is also an accredited mediator himself.
