Partner, technology and outsourcing group advising on all aspects of IP, IT, internet and e-commerce law. Experience includes advising leading suppliers and users of IT systems and services, advising on the exploitation of digital databases and intellectual property licensing, advising on e-government projects and public sector ICT projects and managed services and outsourcing arrangements. Main clients include: BP, Home Office, Identity and Passport Service, Valtech, Digital UK, Expedia, UK Border Agency, NS&I and IMS Health.
