Iwar is the practice head in Malmö, while Anders Heintze and Hans Dahlberg Kolga lead the teams in Gothenburg and Stockholm respectively. Erik Palmgren joined MAQS Advokatbyrå and Henric Namander moved in-house at Tuve Bygg.

Setterwalls handles the full range of real estate matters encompassing transactions, commercial lease issues, real estate financings, tax mandates and disputes. The group, which was strengthened by the arrival of Patric Olofsson from MAQS Advokatbyrå in 2019, was recently involved in several complex projects for national and international clients. Team leader Anders Heintze specialises in development projects; Lennart Iwar, Jessica Schönning and senior associate Anders Frick are also key practitioners.
