Position
Specialist counsel HELENA NILSSON specializes in the field of pharmaceuticals and pharmacies and in regulatory matters. Helena has worked with pharmaceutical legislation at the Government Offices for many years in areas such as approval, marketing and pricing of pharmaceuticals. She has further been deeply involved in the Government’s re-regulation of the pharmacy market, first as chief secretary of the Inquiry on the re-regulation of the pharmacy market and subsequently as an expert at the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs. Helena is also a qualified judge and associate judge of the Skåne and Blekinge Court of Appeal.
