The Partners of the “Yukov, Khrenov and Partners” Law Office Alexander Khrenov and Igor Nikolaenko took part in the II St Petersburg International Legal Forum, which was held on the 16-19 of May in the Eastern Wing of the General Staff building and in the pavilion that was specifically built for this event on Palace square. “Association of Lawyers of Russia”

The press service of the “Association of Lawyers of Russia” recommends the lawyers of the “Yukov, Khrenov and Partners” Law Office as an experts for the TV transmissions on the Federal channels. During the last month the lawyers of the Law Office took part in the news programs on the ORT, Russia 24 and Russia-2, NTV channels. 

«Doing Business in a more transparent world-2012» issue

The “Yukov, Khrenov and Partners” Law Office participated in the survey, based on which the «Doing Business in a more transparent world - 2012» issue has been published, a copublication of the World Bank and the International Finance Corporation. 

“Yukov, Khrenov and Partners” Law Office took an active part in “Law and Modernization: Experience, Prospects, Trends” International Legal conference which brought together more than 300 specialists from the leading law firms of Russia and all over the world. The congress took place on the 1st and the 2nd of December 2011 at the International Press Center Multimedia RIA Novosti.

"Bankruptcy" and "Arbitration disputes" by "Pravo.ru-300" rating 

Today the second annual law firms rating "Pravo.ru-300" was published. More than 250 Russian law companies took part in the project this year. The leaders were defined according to annual revenue, number of lawyers in the company and 13 sector nominations.

On the 18th of November the Best Russian Legal Departments Award was held in the “Yar” restaurant. “Yukov Khrenov and Partners” law company became the sponsor of “Energy Companies” nomination. The contest is held since 2005 and has become a prestigious and acknowledged award in Russia among legal professional community.

Legal department of the mining enterprise “Norislky Nikel” is recognized as the best among its peers in the “Ferrous and nonferrous-metals industry” category in 2011.

The 4th CIS-EU Legal Forum: Eurolawyer 2011 was  held in London on 2-3 of June, Radisson Blu Hotel.The forum focused on legal and practical aspects of investments into the CIS region.The  speakers represented leading CIS and EU businesses, consulting companies and government bodies.

The case of collecting penalty payments from SG-Trans OJSC and issuing an order of specific performance of SG-Trans OGSC’s obligations

On December, 12 of 2006 The Arbitration court of Moscow passed a judgment to satisfy the request of the State corporation " Deposit Insurance Agency" to recognize the information, spread by an anonymous person on a dedicated banking web site in the "Forum" section, as not corresponding to reality and discrediting corporate business reputation. Since the access to this section is free for all Internet users, it was impossible to identify its author.
