Delphi advises Addtech in acquisition of BEVI International AB
Addtech Industrial Solutions acquires BEVI International AB. The deal was closed July 1 2010. David Aversten, responsible partner, Michael Juhlin and Rickard Samuelsson, from Delphi advises Addtech in the transaction.
Addtech Industrial Solutions is part of the Addtech Group, which develops and sells high technology components and systems to industrial companies and the service industry in selected niche areas. The Group has an annual revenue of approximately SEK 4 billion.
BEVI is one of the leading suppliers of electric motors, but also other related components and services, in Sweden. It also holds strong positions and operations in other parts of the Nordic region, the Baltic countries and China. The BEVI Companies form a separate business unit within the business are Addtech Industrial Solutions. Together with the previous owners in BEVI, Addtech sees good opportunities to strengthen and develop the business concept within electrical drives, in terms of products as well as geography, for industrial customers.
