Delphi has assisted Ignis ASA, listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, in the acquisition of Syntune AB, a leading international provider of tunable laser products and technology based in Sweden. The acquisition will widen the Ignis product range to include active components, and together with the existing passive components portfolio Ignis will provide a broader optical offering to network operators following the acquisition. As part of the transaction, Syntune AB has secured an additional loan facility of EUR 2.3 million from Kreos Capital.

Compre acquires reinsurance company
18/12/2008 - Compre Holdings Limited, London, has acquired all shares in Wasa International Försäkringsaktiebolag and Återförsäkringsaktiebolaget Stockholm from Wasa Försäkring Run-Off AB, a company within the LF group. The acquisition is dependant upon approval by the Swedish Financial Supervision Authority. The purchase price is not official.
