Annet’s passion lies in the dynamic and ever-changing field of environmental and planning law. She focuses on advice and litigation on licensing, zoning plan procedures, loss resulting from government planning decisions and compensation for loss from administrative acts.

Career

Annet is well-versed in the application of the Expropriation Act and the Municipalities (Preferential Rights) Act. Annet also concerns herself with general issues of administrative law, such as grant provision and civil real estate.
