Merger for a Litigation Powerhouse

Danescu & Asociatii merged into Popovici Nitu & Asociatii to help create one of the strongest litigation practices in Romania.

Popovici Nitu & Asociatii and Danescu & Asociatii have announced today their merger, effective with April 1, 2010

The merger has put together more than 20 litigation lawyers with extensive experience in virtually all types of dispute resolution matters A number of seven litigation practice specialized sub-groups were formed, including on Commercial Claims, Property Disputes, Regulatory & Public Procedures, Labour Disputes, Tax Litigation, IP & Copyright Disputes, and International Arbitration.

Costea-Corin Danescu, the founder and name partner of Danescu & Asociatii, will become a Senior Partner with Popovici Nitu & Asociatii and will co-head the Firm's Litigation Practice.
