Recently the current management acquired the Best Fencing group. With this transaction venture capitalist Residex B.V. was bought out by the management. ABN AMRO Bank N.V. financed the transaction. At the time Residex B.V., together with other venture capitalist, acquired the shares from Theo Bossers, the founder of the Best Fencing group.

Best Fencing Group B.V. is founded in 1990 as a supplier of fencing products and together with its subsidiaries including B&G Nederland, Ruigrok De Stier Hekwerk B.V. and the Belgium subsidiary B&G België N.V., formed a group that specialized in the manufacturing, the installation and the supply of fencing products. The Best Fencing group has offices in Best, the Netherlands and in Mechelen, Belgium.
