Gate’s subsidiary deSter Holding acquires Helios MPPD

AKD assisted Gate group’s subsidiary deSter Holding BV in the acquisition of Helios MPPD BV.

Helios MPPD BV is a company that specialises in on-board catering equipment for amongst others airline companies. Heimon Smits, together with the team of AKD that included Mareille van Nattem, Remco Bosveld, and Nienke Bollen, advised Gate and deSter Holding during this takeover.
