Jasper is specialized in 'corporate law' and 'financial supervision and securities law'. Jasper works in Amsterdam as part of AKD's Finance & Structuring section. He advises domestic and foreign companies with respect to (cross border) financing transactions, (tax driven) corporate and financial restructuring, financial supervision and securities law and general corporate law.
