Olivier is Counsel in our Private Clients team. Olivier’s main expertise is in trusts, foundations and other estate-planning techniques. In addition to his private client practice, he is an experienced employment lawyer. Olivier is experienced in advising international high-net-worth individuals on estate planning, asset protection, relocation and philanthropy. He acts for a wide range of private clients, including entrepreneurs and high-profile international families. His private client practice includes complex cross-border succession litigation and trust disputes. Olivier also has a wealth of experience in employment law. He advises both employers and executives on contractual matters, and litigates in this field.


Prior to joining Walder Wyss, Olivier worked in Geneva and London in another major Swiss law firm of which he became a partner in 2015. His work experience also includes a secondment to the International Private Wealth Group of a prominent London law firm. In 2012, Olivier was appointed as a Conciliatory Judge with the Geneva Labour Court. Earlier in his career, he worked at the Geneva Court of Appeal.


Olivier speaks French, Italian, English and Spanish.


Olivier is a member of the Swiss Bar Association, the Geneva Bar Association, the International Bar Association (IBA) and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) as well as a committee member and the Student Liaison Officer of STEP Geneva.


Olivier studied at the Universities of Geneva and Berne. He graduated from the University of Geneva in 2002 and was admitted to the Bar in 2005.

  • 17 February 2017: Auris Medical's Public Equity Offering

    Auris Medical Holding AG (NASDAQ: EARS) issued and priced its public offering of 10,000,000 common shares and 10,000,000 warrants, each warrant entitling its holder to purchase 0.70 of a common share.  The common shares and warrants are being sold in units comprised of one common share and one warrant at the public offering price of USD 1.00 per unit. The warrants will be immediately exercisable at a price of USD 1.20 per common share and are exercisable for five years. In connection with the offering, the Company has granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,500,000 additional common shares and/or 1,500,000 additional warrants at the public offering price less underwriting discounts. The offering is expected to close on or about February 21, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions. Roth Capital Partners is acting as sole book-running manager in the offering. Maxim Group LLC is acting as a financial advisor in the offering.
