Career

Carlos Trénor Löwenstein is a partner at Ventura Garcés & López-Ibor Abogados. Before joining the firm, Carlos worked at the Spanish law firm CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo and in the Munich office of the German firm CMS Hasche Sigle. He subsequently founded Trénor & Rodríguez-Ramos Abogados in 2006.

He has extensive experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, corporate finance and general company and contractual law. He advises companies, financial institutions, individuals and family offices in a wide variety of national and cross-border transactions.

He works on all kinds of real estate transactions and counsels Spanish and international investors operating in the hotel industry, whom he advises on all the different aspects of the hotel business, having worked with the majority of the world’s leading international hotel chains.
He works with the financial and legal press and is a member of the examining boards of several prestigious business schools. He also works as a mentor at the Tetuan Valley start-up school.
