Position

Sharon Izaguirre is the leading Partner of the Legal Corporate M&A practice in Spain. In the course of her professional career, Sharon has participated in and coordinated both, national and international investment and disinvestment processes, and she has also participated in the collaboration and reorganization of companies and in due diligence. Furthermore, she has negotiated contracts and agreements, such as SPA, Partners' agreements or additional guarantee contracts and she has advised clients on various aspects of merchant's field, especially in her business and contractual area.

Career

Sharon joined Deloitte Abogados in 2011 as a Director. In 2014 she was promoted to partner and became the leading partner of the Corporate/M&A practice. Throughout her professional career, Sharon has worked as a lawyer in Landwell (PwC), in Dibb Lupton Alsop (DLA) and also in Araoz & Rueda
