Work Department

Education law for the child and public law.

Position

Anita’s reputation as an education lawyer has gone from strength to strength. In recent times the media has used her as their only consultant on education related issues. She has appeared in almost all national newspapers, mainstream radio and TV stations and has been repeatedly asked to comment on live education law issues. Anita’s work in SEN especially has seen a 90% success rate with nine out of ten cases settling before reaching the Tribunal. This saves the client both time and money and achieves the best result for the child. Anita has also presented at a number of seminars and lectures. She is currently heavily sought after by teachers and head teachers facing employment-related issues. Her vibrancy and creativity has led to many successful conclusions on, sometimes, difficult cases and she has been recognised as a key advisor for a consortium of academies.
