Interpretation of contract – Were contract documents contradictory or not?
As a result of a public procurement, the municipality of Täby, north of Stockholm, contracted with Taxi 020 Specialbuss AB, for the transport of children, physically disabled and elderly, over at period of 2,5 years. Taxi 020 Specialbuss AB’s offer included a price list, according to which the minimum price for a transport was set at the price for one hour.
