Dr. François Rayroux offers legal advice to banks and securities dealers. He is considered as a leading lawyer in banking and financial services in Switzerland. As such, he has namely been nominated by various professional organisations as an expert in Switzerland in banking and financial as well as capital markets law. François Rayroux is the co-head of the Banking and Finance group of Lenz & Staehelin in Geneva. He advises a number of Swiss and international financial institutions in all banking and regulatory matters, with a particular focus on funds management and distribution as well as all types of financial products, in particular derivative instruments. He teaches investment funds law at professional organisations and is also a frequent speaker at professional conferences on banking and financial law issues.
