Position

Lorenzo Olgiati heads Schellenberg Wittmer’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group in Zurich. His practice focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, public takeovers, securities and stock exchange regulation, private equity transactions and other significant corporate and commercial matters, including advice on corporate governance matters and shareholder activism. Among his clients are Swiss and international private and listed companies incl. multinational groups of companies, institutional investors, entrepreneurs as well as Swiss public authorities.
