Position
Philippe Ducor is a partner in Schellenberg Wittmer's Intellectual Property and Information Technology Group in Geneva. His areas of expertise include intellectual property, especially in the field of biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, technology transfer and unfair competition. In addition, he has extensive experience in regulatory matters, health law and medical malpractice, where his background as a fully-trained physician is particularly valuable.
