Schoenherr’s team has ‘excellent’ industry knowledge. It recently advised Volkswagen after Porsche Holding exercised its €3.3bn put option to sell the business side of Porsche Holding Salzburg to Volkswagen, which included advice on CEE aspects of creating an integrated automotive group. The firm is also advising PS Mercator on its acquisition of the multinational Mercator supermarket chain, and HARSCO on entry into the Slovenian market and related acquisitions. Highly recommended partner Jani Soršak returned to the firm after four years as the head of the Slovenian Competition Protection Office.
