Partner Johan Häger is Head of Roschier’s Finance & Restructuring practice in Sweden. He is specialized in finance and debt capital markets, focusing on acquisition, real estate, project financing and debt capital market products. His practice also covers a wide range of asset-backed financing, high yield bonds and other debt capital market products, as well as restructurings and workouts.

Roschier's 'strong team has good capabilities and commitment' and is well versed in the banking and finance arena with expertise across bank lending, structured finance and asset-backed projects, as well as direct lending and fund finance. 'Well-reputed' practice head Johan Häger combines banking and insolvency expertise; he recently assisted Nordea Bank with the refinancing of Inwido. Fredrik Rydin also acted for IK Investment Partners regarding the acquisition financing of PwC Sweden's business service division. Other clients include Svenska Handelsbanken, Swedbank and J.P Morgan Securities. Clients praise Roschier's 'innovative, quick, and solution-oriented' team, which is well versed in the full gamut of capital markets work with Pontus Enquist and Johan Häger leading the ECM and DCM groups respectively. The team's client roster spans corporations, private equity sponsors and investment banks. Enquist, Malin Leffler and Ola Sandersson advised Atlas Copco on its division into Atlas Copco and Epiroc, and Epiroc's subsequent listing on Nasdaq Stockholm; and Häger assisted Carnegie Investment Bank and DNB Markets as joint bookrunners with the securitisation of consumer loans. Roschier is well positioned in the market for clients in the energy and infrastructure sectors; it acted for multiple clients in energy disputes as well as in mergers and acquisitions. Björn Winström is 'very knowledgeable about the business side of matters' and jointly leads the practice with Johan Sidklev and Johan Häger. Markus Olsson was promoted to partner in 2018.
