Position

Head of the Moscow office, Co-Head of the Banking & Finance Practice Group. Mr Weber is an expert in corporate finance, project finance, and other finance transactions (including ECA-covered and pre-export facilities). He has extensive experience in negotiating credit agreements, including amendments and refinancing, and the granting and release of credit collateral. Mr Weber also advises companies on joint ventures, corporate restructurings and M&A. In addition, he provides antitrust, contractual and compliance advice for international businesses and heads Noerr's Antitrust & Competition Practice in Moscow.

With Noerr since 2001; Co-Head of the firm’s US offices in New York (2005-2008); local partner in Moscow since 2008, Head of Noerr Moscow office since 2014.
